Views of the Wasatch, Mount Timpanogos, Box Elder and Hoyt’s Peak make for stunning scenery by day and photo-worthy sunsets by night. With Park City being only a 15-20 minute drive, it makes for an easy commute to your favorite ski resorts, restaurants, and shops.

Some of the best breakfast restaurants in the county can be found here: The Oakley Diner in Oakley, the Mirror Lake Diner in Kamas, and the Woodland Biscuit Company in Woodland. State Road Tavern and Restaurant at High Star Ranch serves dinner as well as brunch seasonally.
The Kamas Valley is home to farmland and an abundance of livestock including horses and cattle. Enjoy miles of trails specifically for horseback riding.
The Annual Oakley Rodeo is a four-day Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association sanctioned event. While the Oakley Rodeo didn’t officially start until the 1930s, Oakley has been throwing a July 4th celebration for over a century. Featuring buckin' broncs, raring bulls, cowboys, cowgirls and rodeo queens are all in attendance to make this a true Western-rooted celebration.
